Due to the rapid escalation of fuel prices, the Cruises Lines
listed below will be implementing a fuel surcharge as shown.
-
Princess, Carnival, Holland America, Seabourn,
Costa, and Cunard
Because of the continued rapid escalation of fuel prices,
these cruise lines will increase their current fuel supplement
from $7 to $9 (USD) per person per day. They have also increased the
the fuel supplement on third and fourth passengers to $4 per person per day.
The new fuel supplements will apply to all new bookings effective
June 12, 2008. The fuel supplements will not exceed $126 per
person per voyage for the first and second passengers, and
$56 per person per voyage for the third and fourth passengers
in a stateroom.
For bookings made from April 21, 2008 to June 11, 2008, the current fuel supplement of $7 (USD) per person for the first two passengers, and $2 (USD) per person per day for the third and fourth passengers will apply.

Cruise West will be adding a fuel surcharge of $12 per guest per cruise
night for each of their cruise itineraries. This is a capped amount,
applies for all of their vessels.

They will protect all existing bookings on all voyages that have names and
are under deposit by November 30, 2007. The fuel surcharge will only apply

only on cruise departures after February 1, 2008. In addition, the surcharge
will only be applicable to the first two guests in a stateroom.

surcharge will increase to $15 per person, per day. Bookings under
deposit prior to that date will be subject to their original cruise
ship fuel surcharge amount.
- Royal Caribbean and Celebrity Cruise Lines
As a result of ongoing record high fuel prices, bookings on or after May 1,
2008, will be subject to a revised fuel supplement. The revised fuel supplement
will apply to bookings made throughout the world on Royal Caribbean International.
For first and second guests in a stateroom, the revised fuel supplement will
be $8 (U.S.D./CAN.) per-person, per-day, and no more than $112 (U.S.D./CAN.)
per-person, per-cruise. Additional guests in a stateroom will be charged
